Teachers discussed how to maintain their mental health during a stressful periods

Before a relaxing week of school holidays, teachers from Tallinn Lilleküla Gymnasium came together in a workshop to discuss how to maintain their mental health during stressful periods. Together, they went through a series of self-care exercises and shared coping tips. Together, they came to the realization that while mindful self-care is essential to maintaining mental health, it is also important to create activities within the organization and the community to recognize each other’s concerns and support each other when needed.
